Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging our services. By submitting an inquiry, signing a Service Agreement, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Relocate360 LLC
Relocate360 LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company providing white-glove international relocation consulting services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Visa and legal matters are handled by our licensed partner professionals.
2. Our Services
Relocate360 LLC provides a range of international relocation services including but not limited to:
- Visa consulting and documentation support
- Company formation services
- Accounting and ongoing compliance services
- Property rental and purchase coordination
- Concierge and arrival support services
- General relocation guidance and consultation
The exact scope of services applicable to your engagement will be outlined in your individual Service Agreement.
3. No Visa Guarantee
Relocate360 LLC does not guarantee the approval of any visa or residence permit application. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassies, consulates, or immigration authorities of the destination country and are entirely outside our control.
Our role is to ensure that your documentation is prepared thoroughly, accurately, and professionally to give your application the strongest possible foundation. We work closely with our licensed visa lawyer partners to ensure all requirements are met. However, the final decision rests entirely with the relevant authorities and Relocate360 LLC accepts no liability for visa refusals or delays caused by immigration authorities.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
- Respond to our requests for documents or information within a reasonable timeframe
- Attend any appointments or consulate visits required as part of your application process
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal circumstances that may affect your application
Relocate360 LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by the client’s failure to fulfil these responsibilities.
5. Fees and No Refund Policy
Our fees are outlined in your individual Service Agreement. All fees are billed in stages as agreed between the Parties. Due to the nature of our services and the professional time and resources committed from the date of engagement, all fees paid are non-refundable once a billing stage has been initiated.
By signing your Service Agreement and making payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared with Relocate360 LLC will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal or financial information to any third party except our service delivery partners who are bound by their own confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.relocate360.us including text, images, guides, and materials is the intellectual property of Relocate360 LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relocate360 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, processing delays, or decisions made by immigration authorities or third-party service partners. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
